Terms of Service

Effective date: June 1, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TicketReel ("Service"), operated by Chris Castle, Inc ("we", "us", or "our"). By connecting TicketReel to your Intercom workspace, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

TicketReel connects to your Intercom workspace via OAuth and generates branded AI avatar video walkthroughs from resolved support tickets. Generated videos are stored on our servers and linked back to your Intercom conversations.

2. Eligibility

You must have an active Intercom workspace and authority to authorize third-party integrations on that workspace. You must be 18 years or older to use the Service.

3. Your Data

By using the Service, you authorize TicketReel to:

We do not sell, share, or use your conversation data for any purpose beyond generating the requested video.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to generate videos containing harmful, misleading, defamatory, or illegal content. You are responsible for reviewing generated videos before sharing them with customers.

5. Subscription and Billing

The Service may require a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are issued at our sole discretion.

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Video generation relies on third-party APIs (OpenAI, HeyGen) and is subject to their availability and usage limits.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your Intercom conversation data. Videos generated by the Service using your data and your brand assets belong to you. We retain no rights to your generated content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TicketReel and Chris Castle, Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may disconnect TicketReel from your Intercom workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your workspace data is retained for 30 days before deletion.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
